At PLUCKEDHERWAY we offer the option to preorder our premium synthetic wigs, it's important to note that preorders operate a bit differently than traditional orders.

Please read the following shipping policy carefully:

  • Preorders for our premium wigs are charged at the time the order is placed, not when the item ships. This means that you will be charged for the item in advance of receiving it.

  • Premium Synthetic Wig pre orders will need at least 2-4 weeks for processing time from when order is placed to when it’s shipped out to customers, depending on workload.

  • Our custom premium wigs are carefully crafted and require processing time before they are shipped out to client. (2-4 weeks processing time after order is placed.)

  • Please note that orders placed between November 29th and December 1st may experience slight delays due to increased holiday demand and potential USPS shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy season!
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates for preorders. Once your preorder item ships, it will be subject to the same shipping times and policies as any other item on our site.

  • If you need to cancel your preorder, please contact us immediately. Preorders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the initial order. Cancellations made after 24 hours will qualify for a partial refund. Once the item has shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

  • Due to the nature of our hand-plucked wigs, no two wigs are exactly alike. We will do our best to ensure that the wig you receive matches the photos on our website, but slight variations may occur.
