What is your refund policy?

We strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel your order during processing time, we will offer a full refund. However, once your wig has been shipped out, we do not offer refunds. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will work to resolve them. In the rare event that we accidentally overpluck your wig during the processing time, we will offer a partial refund or replacement wig.

How long will I have to wait for my pre-order?

Our plucking and customization time start on the day we receive your wig order from supplier NOT when order is placed.. Processing time usually takes 2-3 weeks. (Please note that there may be unforeseen circumstances that could potentially affect the time frame.) Once we've completed plucking 3 or more wigs, we ship out orders on Mondays and Fridays. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 1-3 days (max 5) through USPS Priority Mail.

If you have ordered from March 8th to March 15th, please expect processing time to be extended from 3 weeks to 4 weeks.

When is the best time to place an order for an upcoming event?

We recommend placing your pre-order 2-3 weeks ahead of your event to avoid any complications. For added peace of mind, place your order a month ahead.

Can I rush my order?

Yes! We now accept rush orders with a $25 fee paid via PayPal. Please contact us via email or DM to notify us of your request. You will be rushed to the front of the line making your wig top priority. It only speeds up the amount of time it takes to pluck, not shipping.

Can I send in my wig for you to pluck?

Yes! We now accept Provide Your Own Wig Service. This allows for you to send a NEW synthetic or human wig to my P.O. box for us to customize. 2-3 week processing time starts when I receive the wig. We DO NOT accept used wigs at the moment.

Do you accept wig requests?

Of course! We value your feedback and suggestions. You can send your requests through email at info@pluckedherway.com or through our Instagram direct message @pluckedherway.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment, but we are working on it.

How do I request a desired part or baby hair style?

You can enter your desired part or baby hair style information in the text box on the checkout page before making your purchase. You can also select it on product page.

What types of wigs do you offer?

We offer pre-plucked SYNTHETIC lace front wigs and full lace wigs in various lengths and styles. Additionally, we provide customization services such as plucking hairlines and adding baby hairs.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment through PayPal and all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes to it. However, if you need to make changes or cancel your order during the processing time, please contact us as soon as possible.

How long will my synthetic wig last?

The lifespan of a synthetic wig depends on how often it is worn and how well it is taken care of. On average, a synthetic wig can last anywhere from 2-6 months with proper care and maintenance.

What is the difference between a lace front wig and a full lace wig?

A lace front wig has lace at the front of the wig cap, allowing for a natural-looking hairline. A full lace wig has lace all around the perimeter of the wig cap, allowing for versatile styling options and a natural-looking hairline.
