Shipping policy

Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 weeks for silk spray orders be processed before it ships. Please allow 2-3 weeks for customized wig orders to be proceed before it ships.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier (USPS or UPS).

Damaged or Broken Packages

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photo or video proof of the product and packaging.
If eligible, we will offer a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent or lack sufficient evidence.

Fraud Protection

If your order is flagged as high-risk, we may reach out to verify your identity.
If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order may be canceled.

Holiday Shipping Notice

Please note that orders placed between November 28th and December 1st may experience slight delays due to increased holiday demand and potential USPS shipping disruptions.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy season. While we will continue to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may be extended by the carrier.
