Refund policy




ALL SALES FINAL

We do not accept returns on any of the following items:

  • Silk Sprays or Hair Products

  • Wigs

  • Digital Products (eBooks, Tutorials, etc.)


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After 24 hours, only a partial refund may be issued as we begin processing your order immediately.


Quality Guarantee

We take pride in handcrafting and formulating each order with care.
If there’s an issue with your order before it ships, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right — this may include a partial refund or replacement.
This guarantee does not apply once your order has shipped.


Shipping + Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Please reach out directly to USPS or UPS with your tracking number for any delivery issues.

Damaged or Broken Packages

We offer refunds or replacements only for products that arrive damaged due to shipping.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 24-72 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the damage

  • Packaging must be shown as proof of shipping damage

All refund or replacement requests are reviewed case-by-case.
We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent or lack sufficient evidence.


Fraud Protection

If your order is flagged as high risk, we will contact you to verify identity.
If we receive no response within 48 hours, your order will be automatically canceled to protect our business from fraudulent activity.
