🚨 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:

1. SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS:

   • Wigs must be shipped within 1 week of purchase to ensure timely processing. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.

1. TRACKING NUMBER:

   • Once your wig has been shipped by you through a carrier, kindly email us the tracking number at info@pluckedherway.com. This will help us monitor the progress of your shipment and provide you with updates.

1. SENDER'S ADDRESS:

   • Upon receiving payment confirmation, we will promptly email you the sender's address. This information will be necessary for you to send your wig to us securely.
   • You are allowed to deliver packages straight from Vendors such as Amazon and/or online beauty supply stores.

1. "PROVIDE YOUR OWN WIG" ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

   • If you opt for our "Provide Your Own Wig" service, please ensure that the wig is new and has not undergone any previous customizing, except for coloring/and or bleaching.
   • Please note that we do not provide bleaching services at the moment.
