PLEASE NOTE

• No lace replacements
• No severely damaged laces or melted wigs
• Textures accepted: straight, body wave, yaki, kinky straight (not accepting curly units as of right now.)

Turnaround Time

• 2–3 week turnaround begins after receiving unit.

Shipping to P.O. Box: To begin the restoration process, please carefully package and send your wig to our designated P.O. Box address. The address will be provided via email after receiving the order. Please send the tracking number to info@pluckedherway.com after shipping the wig to P.O. Box.

• If not shipped within this timeframe, your order may be canceled and refunded.
